Old Oshians won in Dushanbe !!!(30-05-04)
Finally Pakistani team under the captaincy of an old Oshian Sohail Akram and his friend Fazal Illahi ,the team won the international cricket tournament in Dushanbe.The runner up team was Indian team and Kashmiri team got 3rd place. They won the match by 64 runs.
Old Oshians took their cricket team in final in Dushanbe.
Old oshians Sohail Akram and Fazal Ilahi, took the only Pakistani cricket team in a tournament final in dushanbe while telling the details Sohail Akram told "Me,Sohail Akram and Fazal Ilahi(both old oshians)have formed a cricket time in Dushanbe.Though most of the Members of this team are not
professionals cricketers yet we have qualified for the final match by winning first match against Kashmiri team and second by defeating Indian team. In first match Sohail Akram scored 45 scores including 4 sixes and 4 fours(not out) and took 2 wickets. In second match against Indian team Fazal Ilahi scored 28 runs including 3 sixes(not out) and took 4 wickets.
Sohail scored 12 runs including 1 four(not out)took 1 wicket.
In first match Sohail Akram was declared as man of the match and in second Fazal Ilahi was man of the match.Final match will be held in afternoon on saturday.
The speciality of this tournament is this that there is only one Pakistani cricket team and we play with 10 players only. In last match against Indian team we played only with 9
players. We have beaten both Indian teams and by wininng this tournament we will take the revenge of our National cricket team's lost against Indian national cricket team in
Pakistan. Inshallah. Hope that your prayers are with me and Fazali."

One of the pioneers of MJF,the most senior member,speaker,info sec. Abdul Hadi ; the web creater,library incharge,v.speaker,media sec.Waheed Razzaq ; ex-V.P.,the most senior student of OSU,C.C.Incharge Ayad Akhtar ; first active study incharge Tanveer Ahmad ; one of the most regular cabinet members, representavive first year english group Mustansar Hussain. All the above mentioned members have left the cabinet of MJF.Among the common reasons are irresponsible behaviors of Ad-president G.Ishaq & Ad-general sec. Ata Ullah specialy fighting of Ishaq & insulting words for Khana-e-Kaba & mother by Ata Ullah during cricket tournament 2004,avoiding oath by Ata Ullah,avoid to attend the cabinet meeting & all other functions by Ishaq,attempt to high jack the organizing committe of cricket tournament by Ata Ullah & Ishaq and projecting their-selves inspite of MJF ,irresponsibility by other cabinet members (the final proof is the presence of only 4 cabinet members out of 28 in the meeting of 15.05.04 at the time of resign) and many other reasons.
Al-Fateh 11 has won the 3rd MJF Cricket Mela 2004 (09-05-04)
Al-Fateh 11 has beaten the Pak-County 11 in the final match and has won the title of Cricket Champion of Osh.The match has been played in the school ground of Barpe school Kh.B.K.The winning captain was Bashir Iqbal and the losing captain was Adil Rauf. Al-Fateh 11 has reached in final for the first time while Pak-County 11 second time.Pak-County 11 was the first Champion of MJF cricket tournament in 2002.Second Champion was Pak Khans 11 in 2003 who was also the defending champion this year.

A new and interesting section Muntakhib Sher is going to be started at this very page (see below) , it was plan to put a new Sher daily but as most visitors visit once a weak therefore the Sher will also be changed once a weak to make it possible to be read by all visitors. "Al-Fatah" has won the "First Sliva Triangular Cricket Series" !
"Al-Fatah Eleven" has won the First Sliva Triangular Cricket Series under captainship of Bashir Iqbal.Javeed Khan was the runners up captain of "English Eleven" .Interestingly Pak-County was out of series in first stages,the new captain was Adil Rauf !In Final match Abdul Rehman was dominating with 35 runs and super running between the wickets.Best bat's man of the series was Arslan-ul-Haq with 88 runs and best bowler was Ansar Razzaq with 7 wickets for 66 runs. Among new talents was Mustansar Hussain of "English Eleven" who scored a beautiful 50 against Pak-County.
Third Mushaira In Osh (24.04.04)
Third Mushaira in Osh was organized by MJF.This time Mushaira was without compitetion of poetry i.e. only expression & exchange of thoughts.Participents were Nasir Jafri,Waheed Razzaq,Abdul Hadi,Aslam Pervez,Saima Mqbool,Fazal-ul-Rehman,Abdul Hamid & Salman Ahmad.

Result %age of this year is about 45% and among this are some of our Oshian tigers like Dr.Ghulam Yaseen Jat,Dr.Ghulam Yaseen Engineer,Dr.Akhtar mehmood,Dr.Hamid Khan Makki,Dr.Saghir Almas and Dr.Javeed Akhtar.We are waiting for further details.Anyhow,congratulations to all of you and best of luck !

It is being think to play a comedy stage play in Osh by Pakistanis.If it will be happened then it will be first such like experiment in central asia and Russia by Pakistanis.

Congratulations Dr.Iftikhar Ahmad !(03.04) Dr.Iftikhar is one of the brilliant students of Osh.We all are proud of him.One of his good qualities is the sharing of knowledge with others. Congratulation for passing PMDC.At present he is working at Institue of Cardiology Lahore Pakistan.

Cricket season has been started in Osh.Both grounds of Osh are full of crickters now a days.Cricket stars Ashfaq J., Ashfaq A. , Junaid S.D. , Abdul Rehman,Tariq Khan,Jamshed,Mehboob Alam,Adil Rauf and many others will be in action, but we shall miss cricket of Fazal A. ,Ali A. ,Yousaf Khan.,Roman A. ,Zahid I. ,Akhtar M. ,Maqsood Khatak,Dr.Shawkat,M.Ali and others. In Jalalabad crickters r also in action under Shoib's comand.
Where are the poets ?(07.03.04)
After 1st Mushaira under foundation + "Qafia" and 2nd under foundation in "Adbi Mela" ,we have seen a team of poets i.e.Nasir,Waheed,Hadi,Arshad,Zubair,Saima,Aslam, Ayad, Dr.Anwar,Ijaz,Gul,Fateh,Usman,Salman,Amir,Fazal, Dr.Qaisar,Shagufta,Hina,Azmat,Arsalan,Afzal,Hameed,ibrar and many others.But they all r waiting to express themselves again.Now it is responsibility of foundation and "Qafia" to promote and incourge our telented poets.
